These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AxisLink website and any content, features, forms, information, or services made available through the public website (collectively, the “Site”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is operated by AxisLink (“AxisLink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Site provides general information about AxisLink, its mission, its technology concepts, potential programs, partnerships, and related topics. The Site is not an emergency service, legal service, advocacy service, law-enforcement service, court service, medical service, or crisis-response service.

2. No Emergency Services

Do not use the Site, a contact form, email address, or any other website communication channel to report an emergency or request immediate assistance.

If you are in immediate danger or need emergency assistance, call 911 or contact local emergency services.

AxisLink does not monitor the Site or contact submissions for emergency response and cannot guarantee that any inquiry will be received, reviewed, or answered within a particular timeframe.

3. No Guarantee of Safety or Outcomes

AxisLink’s technology, concepts, content, and information are intended to support protective-order compliance, program awareness, and individualized safety planning within authorized and appropriately configured programs.

AxisLink does not guarantee safety, prevent violence, prevent violations of court orders, guarantee device availability or connectivity, guarantee location accuracy, guarantee alert delivery or timing, guarantee law-enforcement or third-party response, or guarantee any particular outcome.

Any AxisLink product, program, device, application, monitoring service, or partner implementation may be subject to separate written agreements, program rules, privacy notices, device terms, court requirements, technical specifications, operating limitations, and applicable laws. Those separate terms will control if they conflict with these Terms.

4. No Legal, Medical, Advocacy, or Law-Enforcement Advice

Nothing on the Site is intended to be, or should be interpreted as:

• Legal advice

• Medical, mental-health, or crisis-intervention advice

• Domestic-violence advocacy or individualized safety-planning advice

• A substitute for contacting 911, law enforcement, a court, an attorney, a qualified advocate, or another appropriate professional

• A promise that AxisLink will provide monitoring, emergency assistance, law-enforcement notification, or intervention

You should seek advice from qualified professionals for your specific situation.

5. Eligibility and Authorized Use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party right

• Use the Site to submit false, misleading, threatening, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful, or harmful content

• Submit emergency requests, sensitive information, or information about another person without an appropriate lawful basis or authorization

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, accounts, systems, or networks

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation, security, or availability

• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, data-mining tools, or automated systems to access, copy, monitor, or collect content or information from the Site without our prior written consent

• Introduce malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, harmful code, or other malicious material

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code or underlying technology made available through the Site, except to the extent prohibited by law

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, license, or exploit Site content except as expressly permitted by these Terms

• Impersonate AxisLink, an AxisLink employee, a partner, another user, or any other person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content—including text, designs, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, videos, audio, software, user interfaces, trademarks, service marks, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to AxisLink and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, AxisLink grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, informational, and legitimate business-inquiry purposes.

No right, title, or interest in the Site or its content is transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by AxisLink and its licensors.

7. Trademarks

“AxisLink,” AxisLink logos, and other AxisLink names, logos, product names, slogans, and designs may be trademarks or service marks of AxisLink or its licensors. You may not use them without prior written permission from AxisLink.

The Site may include links to third-party websites, services, resources, or information. These links are provided for convenience only. AxisLink does not control, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for third-party content, policies, products, services, availability, or practices.

If you submit information through the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to provide that information

• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge

• Your submission does not violate any law, contract, court order, privacy right, intellectual-property right, or other third-party right

• Your submission does not include information that you are prohibited from disclosing

• You will not submit emergency information through the Site

You retain ownership of information you submit, but you grant AxisLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, store, and disclose that information as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, operate the Site, conduct business activities, comply with law, and protect AxisLink’s rights and security, subject to the Privacy Policy.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXISLINK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND FREEDOM FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

AXISLINK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION, BE ERROR-FREE, BE SECURE, OR PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC RESULT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AXISLINK AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY; PERSONAL INJURY; PROPERTY DAMAGE; OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site

• Reliance on Site content

• Any action or inaction by a third party

• Any interruption, error, defect, delay, security incident, or loss of data

• Any emergency, safety-related event, protective-order matter, or response outcome

• Any third-party website, service, content, or resource

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXISLINK’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, AxisLink’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AxisLink and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Site

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any law, court order, or third-party right

• Information or content you submit through the Site

• Your negligence, misconduct, or unauthorized use of the Site

14. Governing Law and Venue

If you participate in an AxisLink program or use an AxisLink product or service under a separate written agreement, that agreement will govern that relationship.
